PPLX is the reporting mark for Pennsylvania Power & Light Co. These cars are seen mixed in with NIHX, MSDR and HLMX hoppers in the Pennsylvania Power & Light trains that run through Bluefield to Roanoke and then up the Shenandoah Valley Line.
