B and O 903778 B&O 903778 was built as B&O C3778 in 11-71 by International Car Co. (ICC). It was renumbed into the 900000's during its chessie years. It is at a Flea Market on Landfill Road, just off of US 11 north of Edinburg, VA. Picture taken 23 November 2002.
