Pulaski hosts a couple of industries that receive rail service. Magnox Pulaski Incorporated on the west end of town occasionally receives tank cars of Sodium Hydroxide.

The former passenger station has been restored as a museum, and hosts a former Wabash Caboose. The musuem has some nice historical aerial views of Pulaski that show much of the railroad infrastructure that used to exist here.
