The Norcross TSA at MP V312.0 can be reached via Clendennin Road (Route 641) off of US 460 near Celco. The Norcross signals, where the Potts Valley Branch diverges, is a few miles to the east on the far side of an oxbow of the New River, and is not directly accessible via public roads.
