The branch to Saltville diverged from here, but most of that line is currently slated to become a rail trail.

Train 202 pulls out of the siding after meeting 22A on an overcast Sunday in December 2005. Train 202 carries domestic intermodal traffic out of the Memphis gateway to Pennsylvania and the northeast. The traffic is usually routed via Atlanta, but when there is enough traffic to warrant a dedicated train, it takes a more direct route.
