The Pulaski District begins at Walton (milepost NB297.6) on the Christiansburg District and runs southwest through Radford and Wytheville to Bristol.

The Radford Branch diverges at milepost NB302.1 (JC, at the eastern end of the bridge over the New River in Radford) and extends to Forest Avenue at milepost RB1.8, serving Intermet's New River Foundry and an American Rock Salt transloading and storage facility at the end of track.

The district ends at milepost NB407.3 in Bristol.

Coverage of the west end of this line is a bit thin so far.
